Now we are looking for a Business Applications Support Specialist with hands-on experience in the technical IT arena to support internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support and management of the corporate customer communication platform:
Dedicated email accounts setup.
Automation rules configuration.
Internal team training and ongoing support.
Configuration and delivery of regular reports.
Documentation tasks — creating and maintaining an internal wiki.
- Support and management of the internal transportation management systems:
Account management.
Access roles and permissions management.
User support.
Documentation tasks — creating and maintaining an internal wiki.
Qualifications:
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English knowledge.
- User or support experience of the business and task managing platforms: Jira, Zendesk, ClickUp, etc.
- Experience with low-code or no-code platforms: Microsoft Power Automate, Bubble io, Zapier.
- Desire to learn new technology and ability to consume big volumes of new information (position requires extensive training).
- Ability to work in shifts to provide round-the-clock support.
