Junior Project Manager/ Project Administrator in Art team

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the gaming/gambling field;
• Understanding of the game development process;
• Project management and planning experience;
• The ability to work in multitasking mode;
• The ability to effectively interact with people;
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence teams;
• Accuracy, integrity and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the game development art processes (from 3 to 7 people);

• Continuous optimization of art processes;

• Team motivation;

• Managing art development roadmap;

• Managing weekly and monthly status reports;

• Agile meeting conducting.
