Project Manager

We are currently looking to hire a Crypto Project manager in our team of licensed crypto exchange!

The main responsibilities will include:

• Create a development strategy of the project in the monthly short-term perspective and long-term perspective (enter new markets);
• Build a process of operating management and reporting of key financial, product, marketing metrics;
• Design and implementation of user acquisition operations;
• Search and development of new directions for the development of the crypto exchange.
• You will analyze opportunities, define the budgets present the implementation strategy for the projects;
• Prioritizing tasks/objectives with a proven organizational approach and time-management tools
• Supervising all process, quality assurance, resources and project risks
• Keeping the team up to date with reliable information workflow

Our requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in Project Management
• Understanding of different payment methods such as credit cards, SEPA/SWIFT wires, AMPs.
• HR management skills: motivation, assessment, conflict management
• Risk management
• Experience working with project documentation written in English
• Spoken and written English
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in crypto sphere
• Knowledge of different types of crypto assets (BTC, ETH etc.).
