Caparol Ukraine is the subsidiary of the international German concern «Deutsche Amphibolin Werke». Office in Ukraine has opened in 1996 and became a confident leader in the field of paints, varnish and building insulation systems in Ukraine during last 20 years.

We are looking for a People Partner  who are willing to growth and be a part of the creative and warm HR  team of Caparol.

Main duties:

  • Act as a HR Generalist and consultant advising on different HR disciplines to managers and function heads;
  • Support change initiatives and act as change agent;
  • Preparing and developing HR analytics and reports;
  • Actively track recruitment and onboarding process (sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, on-boarding) ;
  • Support managers with hiring process, onboarding new employees (1to1, feedback meetings);
  • Develop and manage LMS courses (from analyzing training needs to uploading trainings into the LMS system);
  • Being part in talent development process including annual reviews in Workday, 360 performance, engagement surveys;
  • Developing internal communication and employee brand project.

Our requirements:

  • Higher Education;
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in big multinational or local company;
  • Sound specialized knowledge and practical experience in recruiting, L&D or talent management;
  • Experience in developing and improving HR policies and process;
  • Good presentation and communication capacities;
  • Persuasiveness and team spirit;
  • Project management skills;
  • Confidence in the use of MS Office, knowledge of Workday would be a plus;
  • Upper - intermediate level of English.
