Bookkeeping administrator (Online Shop)

We are an Ecommerce Company selling various products with multiple different brands and online shops around the globe.

We are looking to grow our workforce by hiring a Online Shop/Bookkeeping administrator (f/m/u)

We are a small team so you would be given responsibility and a broad range of tasks from day one. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skill sets.

Being well organised and reliable is very important, as well as being fluent in English.

In this role, you will be creating and editing advertising videos for a wide range of products.

Duties Include:

• Product Catalogue Maintenance
• Order processing; invoices, packing slips and shipping labels
• Billing, filing, and data entry.
• Process returns and exchanges

Job Requirements:

• 40h/week
• able to use Slack, Skype video calls, Trello and GoogleDrive
• experience in an e-commerce environment is a bonus
• fluent in English (German, Spanish or French is a bonus)
• you have a Laptop/Computer
• communicate regularly
• core work during European business hours
• University degree is a bonus (but not a must)
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
• Basic level skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Computer/Internet savvy
• Motivated and Quick to learn, be able to multi-task, and work independently
