Paralegal / In-house Lawyer

For our client, an international company manufacturing household appliances, we are looking for Paralegal / In-house Lawyer.

Main responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft all types of legal documents (internal, external letters, Group requests, commercial, property, IS, other contracts)
  
• Carries out the reporting and updating of the database
  
• Proactive business partner
  
• Understands Company's specifics, organization, processes to act with maximum efficiency
• Advise operational and functional departments in all fields of Business Law
• Takes part in the development of internal control initiatives
  
• Legal security/compliance of the Company
  
• Propose alternative options/solutions to match business need 
  
• Identifies risks and proposes (presents) relevant action plans
  
• Legal expertise to the benefit of business performance
  

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• 3+ years of relevant experience;
• At least Intermediate level of English;
• Advanced user of MS Excel and Power Point;
• Attention to details, loyal to the employer, initiative, achieving result with integrity, managing complexity.
