Key Account Manager\Sales Manager

Our Client, the global Hospitality Group that provide an online platform, is announcing an opening for the position of Sales Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer acquisition in respective territories
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned

territories

  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in

assigned territories

  • Coordinate the involvement of company stakeholders, including Customer support

and management resources to meet account performance objectives and

customers' expectations.

  • Proactively lead a joint account and marketing planning process that develops

mutual performance objectives, financial targets

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis by

designing detailed Account Development plan to track progress

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • 3+ years' experience in IT Travel industry or other service companies
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced PC-user (Excel, Power Point is a must)
  • Previous experience in Key Account Management or Sales
  • Strong Account management and relationship building skills with accounts
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building

relationships with professionals of all organizational levels within cross-cultural

environment

  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Highly self-motivated.
