Our Client, the global Hospitality Group that provide an online platform, is announcing an opening for the position of Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Customer acquisition in respective territories
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned
territories
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in
assigned territories
- Coordinate the involvement of company stakeholders, including Customer support
and management resources to meet account performance objectives and
customers' expectations.
- Proactively lead a joint account and marketing planning process that develops
mutual performance objectives, financial targets
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis by
designing detailed Account Development plan to track progress
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- 3+ years' experience in IT Travel industry or other service companies
- Fluent English
- Advanced PC-user (Excel, Power Point is a must)
- Previous experience in Key Account Management or Sales
- Strong Account management and relationship building skills with accounts
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building
relationships with professionals of all organizational levels within cross-cultural
environment
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Highly self-motivated.
