BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR A PRODUCTION PLANNING MANAGER

SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior  Manager

FUNCTION: Operations

LOCATION: Prylucky 

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for the production organization of FGs and SFGs according to demand and shipment schedule, with max efficient utilization of available resources.

An excellent production planner is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them. He/She is results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role.

Reports to: Production Manager

Reporting Level: Manages Self & Others

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Plans and prioritizes production to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Estimates the amount of material, equipment, and headcount required to support demand
• Schedules shifts according to production needs
• Reviews production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
• On-time informing to all involved departments about changes to production schedule.
• Develops the capability and competence of the team driving high performance
• Assists in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Notifies customers (End Markets) about delays and challenges.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE? 

• Do you have knowledge of production planning?
• Are you familiar with SAP GST or another planning soft? 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Work experience that demonstrates ability to work with numerical data;
• Good analytical and digital skills (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; macros capability will be a plus);
• SAP GST
• Strong people management
• Fast decision making
• Responsible
• Service-focused
• Higher Education in analytical sphere (supply chain, engineering, mathematics, finance, etc.);
• Intermediate English;
