Receptionist (temporary part-time work)

Main responsibilities

• To receive and distribute phone calls.
• To welcome Company's visitors.
• To ensure smooth circulation of documents (incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, etc.).
• To coordinate working schedule of drivers and courier in accordance with the office needs.
• To interact with the Company's goods and services suppliers in accordance with the office needs.

Basic requirements:

• Last-year student with ability to combine part-time work.
• Relevant experience is not mandatory.
• English, Ukrainian proficiency.
• РС (Word, Excel)
• Pro-active, goal-oriented.
• Honest, responsible, highly self-organized, fast-learning.
