Responsibilities:
· Execute the activities stipulated in the brand plan to ensure that brand objectives are achieved & in line with brand strategy and corporate guidelines
· Commission research and rigorously analyze data to ensure brand issues are understood and corrective action identified
· Monitor, control and report brand support expenditure to ensure brand profit objectives are achieved
· Proactively drive communication between Digital and Trade Marketing to ensure the cycle plan is effectively executed
· Cooperate with external agencies (Creative, Media, Event, PR agencies) to ensure brand programs are performed with required quality and agreed cost & timescales
· Employ innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage
· Apply best practice in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
· Support product development / improvement initiatives in close cooperation with Product Community / NPI
· Lead communication materials development and production
Requirements:
· Higher education
· 2 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG sector
· English - advanced level
· Strong project management and analytical skills
· Pro-activeness and ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines
· Advanced understanding of marketing principles
· Demonstrate an interest and awareness of product development, trade and consumer insights, communication strategy
· Fast-learner
· Ability to think/operate strategically and making things happen
· Good communication/interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in the team
