• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build valuable partnerships with clients Proficiency in real-time meetings and discussing diverse business scenarios with publishers 
• Closing deals with Editorial/Low value/Multimedia tear-oriented publishers on attractive terms 
• Extensive knowledge of native advertisement, content recommendation advertisement and media buying
• Proficiency in upper-intermediate/advanced English.

 Will be a plus: 

• Upper-intermediate/advanced Polish or Romanian 
• Extensive knowledge of Google DFP, header bidding, Instant Articles programmatic, API integration.
