Scrum Master

The company are going through a digital revolution, which has led to a huge investment in the technical side of the business! For this Scrum Master position, we're looking for an experienced individual with previous experience managing development teams.

What experience we are liking for:

• 4+ years of previous experience in playing role as a Scrum Master for SW development teams applying Scrum principles and practices for several projects;
• Excellent project management skills, including ability to execute and prioritize a number of tasks simultaneously, and experience managing cross-functional teams;
• Strong understanding of different software methodologies - SCRUM, Agile, RUP, Waterfall;
• An engineering background and technical education would be an advantage;

Personal skills:

Exceptional communication and writing skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with outstanding abilities in root cause analysis

Time/prioritization management skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product and Senior Management on the creation and fulfilment of OKRs
  
• Ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted
• Helping change interactions to maximize value created by the team
• Helping find techniques to effective Product Backlog management
• Helping understand product planning in an empirical environment
• Coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Facilitating Scrum Events as requested / needed
• Removing impediments
• Protecting teams from distractions
• Unbiased reporting of project health and metrics
