Due to process of de-merger to independent business units we announced the Junior Trade Marketing Specialist position.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts for profit growth consistent with company objectives
• Develop and execute retail specific go-to-market strategies in coordination with marketing
• Communicate product value and benefits to external partners
• Work with teams to develop account specific playbook for key releases
• Provide retail customer feedback to internal teams
• Manage account specific trade budgets
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance by retailer
• Recommending strategies for improving performance; including product refreshes or introductions
• Changes to distribution or store presence
• Retailer-specific consumer marketing programs, retailer education programs, and pricing shifts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, required
• 1+ years' experience in business related field (Shopper or Retail Marketing) preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• English - intermediate
