We announce vacant position Talent Acquisition Specialist for Project (around 6 months)

Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment process (from request to job offer)
• Cooperation with job sites providers and recruitment agencies
• Administration of MyHiring (e-recruitment system)
• Implementation of global recruitment tools, policies and practices
• Reporting locally and globally on talent acquisition (recruitment)
• Internal and external job posting
• CV screening
• Phone screening interviews
• On-line testing
• Competencies based interview

Requirements:

• University degree
• Experience on similar position not less than 1 year (recruitment agencies, Pharma or FMCG companies)
• English - intermediate or higher
• Result-orientation, initiative, proactivity, high level of team work and network, multi-task efficiency, corporative approach
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
