What skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
• 3+ years of human resources generalist experience
• Proven experience in Bamboo HR implementation and development
• Experience supporting international IT companies
• Demonstrated project management and change management experience, and ability to drive programs independently
• Prior project management and change management experience
• Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
• Russian/English Proficiency

What you will need to do to succeed in this role:

• Manage global HR & Recruitment team (UA, EMEA) in a high growth, rapidly changing environment
• Build HR brand
• Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
• Maintain effective internal and external customer service focus
• Understand business goals and recommend/implement new approaches, policies and procedures that will contribute to continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR/ Employee Culture within the company
• Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Executive, Development, Accounting, Legal, and International Sales Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
• Partner closely with regional team leaders on global strategy and execution
• Be the ambassador of AutoBidMaster organizational culture. Plan and implement organizational culture activities.
• Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee experience and applies that understanding to craft integrated solutions that are thoughtful and efficient
• Interface at all levels of the organization
• Operate with autonomy and discretion.
• Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• Support a global team with a 24/7 environment that has multiple shifts in different time zones. 
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
