Our company INTECH is a portfolio company of UMG Investments with a focus on industrial goods and services. We are currently developing in several sectors such as railway and port logistics, industrial explosions, niche products for metallurgical production, as well as a commercial expertise centre for the UMG Investments portfolio.
You will perform the following interesting tasks:
- carry out a full sales cycle (jointly and with the support of a technical presale), including direct sales and sales through partners, until the conclusion of a contract with the customer, as well as accompany the customer until the end of the project;
- manage implementation projects in a cycle from initiation to completion;
- manage implementation teams (mentoring, setting and monitoring tasks, motivation);
- plan the timing, resources and budgets of projects;
- plan activities to mitigate risks in the project;
- manage the requirements for the development / revision of software for project implementation;
- participate in sales support processes (analyze customer requirements, carry out a pre-project survey, calculate the cost of implementation, form budget estimates, technical proposals and tenders, carry out pilot projects).
You definitely should apply if you:
- have a University degree in technical science (preferably in the IT field);
- are experienced in implementing MES class production management automation software at industrial enterprises;
- have successful experience in direct sales of software in projects of the level of at least middle management of holdings and enterprises;
- have expertise in the market of software products for industry;
- know the key principles of describing business processes in enterprises;
- have strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
- are well organized and strong in planning;
- are sociable and have presentation skills;
- have Upper-Intermediate level of English and above.
