The Open Data Science Conference (ODSC) is an international conference series that brings together the best minds in data science and artificial intelligence. Every year the ODSC team runs multiple conferences including ODSC Europe in London, ODSC Ukraine, ODSC India, and ODSC West in San Francisco having a global presence with over 17,000 attendees worldwide and an online communty of over 300,000.

About the position:

As a Lead Generation Associate, you will work with the Business Development and Marketing teams and help them build strong sales pipeline. You will have an opportunity to work for one of the best Data Science event series and personally contribute to each ODSC event's success.

Basic Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for various sales and marketing campaigns

• Research companies, and individuals via the web, LinkedIn and other online tools

• Update and maintain company database of qualified leads and manage lead tracking

• Meet and exceed goals based on individual and team KPIs and goals

• Document daily activities regarding research and lead generation

• Report on weekly and monthly progress

• Willingness to become an expert in Artificial Intelligence and data science companies and influencers

Skills Required:

• Experience in generating high-quality leads

• Knowledge in managing a lead database using tools like SalesForce or Insightly a strong plus

• Experience using document management tools like google sheets and google docs

• Strong written and communications skills

• Experience in Outbound Sales/Lead Generation

• Experience using LinkedIn and other tools to research companies and individuals

• Keen eye on details

• Startup experience is a plus

• Data Science and AI knowledge is a plus
