Responsibilities:

• Building and implementing a process for managing assets and configurations and automated discovering
• Administration and development experience MF / HP Universal CMDB
• Development and maintenance experience of the Micro Focus Service Manager (ITSM) CMDB system
• API skills
• Understanding IT management processes (ITSM)

• At least 3 years of practical experience (ITIL processes)
• Implementation of CMDB / uCMDB and asset management
• Building a resource-service model
• Project management and architecture, IT asset management based on Micro Focus CMDB, UCMDB, Discovering
• Participation in the development of CMDB architecture, data model and CMDB classes
• Administration and maintenance of the MF / HP uCMDB, UD products
• Configuration, development and implementation of changes in the MF / HP uCMDB system
• Participation in the preparation of the technical specification for the project
• Description and documentation of processes, work principles with systems

• Experience of work / administration of MS SQL DBMS
• Basic knowledge and skills of Windows administration
