Now we're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Lviv office as Customer Success Manager.

Requirements:

      Hard Skills:

• Upper-Intermediate and a higher level of English
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• 2 + years of experience working in SaaS space and experience working in Customer service-related position

      Soft skills:

• Ability to evaluate customer needs
• Highly consultative,­ develop a strategy for growing their business
• Analytical mindset and strong critical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Track customer interaction within CRM
• Help in the customer integration process
• Communicate with customers (B2B) and development team
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders through consistent and open lines of communication
• Engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth
• Be aware of business requests
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction
