Internal Communication Specialist

Our Communication Team is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist. This position involves researching and writing original texts on various topics in Ukrainian, Russian and English. You'll have a challenging goal to design and implement unique content for internal channels, including announcements, communication for internal departments, managing corporate media as well as organizing social and charity initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent content writing skills and the ability to develop in a friendly and open environment. 

You will:

• Work closely with Event, Recruitment and C&B teams and other Functional groups to create, edit and revise content based on stakeholder requests;

• Create communications by conducting interviews, researching topics, writing and editing articles and designing copy layout;

• Writing, editing and optimizing engaging content for company's internal media;

• Collaborate with Communication Team in order to build and maintain informational projects and campaigns;

• Develop and implement the CSR strategy by integrating social activities into the general Communication plan;

• Take part in developing and implementing communication and engagement strategy, plan and budget in accordance with company's needs;

• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.

You have:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Internal Communication Specialist, Content Writer or related role;

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English knowledge;

• Imagination, a passion for writing and a determination to succeed; 

• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities;

• Proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
