HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced, communicative and multitasking person, who is passionate about people.

Responsibilities:

• The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.
• The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
• The successful HRBP acts as employee communication and retention agent.
• The role of assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.

On-boarding:

• Meeting of the new people and providing all needed for on-boarding information.
• Monitoring of on-boarding process.
• Monitoring of Probation period completions and related changes (salary, level).

Performance management:

• Review team member expectations.
• Facilitate the process of expectation and performance level alignment.

Learning:

• Develop and provide learning for Team Leaders on basic people management related topics.
• Support existing learning practices (English classes).

Team building and Event management:

• Plan and execute team buildings.
• Plan and execute big corporate events and celebrations.
• Incorporate communication messages aligned with corporate needs.

Management:

• Partner with different function (sales, marketing, engineering, finance).
• Plan and monitor HR Budget.
• Support client communication in frames of people management related issues.
• Identify and monitor potential risks of team members leaving.

Skills:

• University degree in HR or related field.
• Deep knowledge in HR processes, practices and principles.
• 5 years of relevant HR BP/HR manager professional experience.
• English: Upper-intermediate.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Solid PC skills: Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
