We are looking for an experienced, communicative and multitasking person, who is passionate about people.
Responsibilities:
- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management.
- The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
- The successful HRBP acts as employee communication and retention agent.
- The role of assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.
On-boarding:
- Meeting of the new people and providing all needed for on-boarding information.
- Monitoring of on-boarding process.
- Monitoring of Probation period completions and related changes (salary, level).
Performance management:
- Review team member expectations.
- Facilitate the process of expectation and performance level alignment.
Learning:
- Develop and provide learning for Team Leaders on basic people management related topics.
- Support existing learning practices (English classes).
Team building and Event management:
- Plan and execute team buildings.
- Plan and execute big corporate events and celebrations.
- Incorporate communication messages aligned with corporate needs.
Management:
- Partner with different function (sales, marketing, engineering, finance).
- Plan and monitor HR Budget.
- Support client communication in frames of people management related issues.
- Identify and monitor potential risks of team members leaving.
Skills:
- University degree in HR or related field.
- Deep knowledge in HR processes, practices and principles.
- 5 years of relevant HR BP/HR manager professional experience.
- English: Upper-intermediate.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills.
- Solid PC skills: Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
