Logistics Manager

Major Accountabilities 

• Demand and Supply Planning including forecast update, purchase orders creation for manufacturing sites, taking into account Regulatory procedures and control timely production and release. 
• Ensure the process of products delivery to the Customers from the order receiving to products issue at Warehouse. 
• Ensure the widest range of Sandoz products within the distributors.
• Monitor timely payments for shipments. 
• Ensure the necessary documentation support for tender/hospital deliveries.
• Ensure compensation to distributors for marketing activities, for product related complaints (shortage, deformation).
• Ensure product return according to approved procedures. 
• Follow budget requirements and monitor budget expenses.

What you’ll bring to the role / Minimum requirements: 

• Higher education.
• Relevant work experience of about 2-3 years.
• SAP knowledge and experience (or similar system).
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Good analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Quality and results orientation.
