We are now looking for Accountant to further develop and sustain our activity in Ukraine.

Your Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for timely, complete and accurate accounting in SAP, prepare journal entries, check the transactions and supporting documentation – for local GAAP in accordance with IFRS.
• Accounting of inventory provisions and accruals.
• Perform IFRS16 accounting.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to accounting entries.
• Perform period end closing activities. 
• Participate in internal review of the processes, tax audits.
• Prepare annual disclosure of financial statements for auditors.
• Communication with external auditors and audit support.
• Participate in preparing of financial statements, to provide accuracy, completeness and conformity to IFRS.
• Filling CIT declaration and relevant appendixes in MEDOC.
• Perform system of internal controls on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Check revenue recognition based on primary documents.
• Ad hoc requests – preparation of disclosure for credit facilities.
• Preparation taxonomy on quarterly basis.
• To be responsible for official statistic reports.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics (or similar).
• Profound understanding of IFRS.
• Profound understanding tax principles of accounting.
• University degree in accounting, economics, finance.
• Minimum 4-7 years of proven work experience in an accounting profession as accountant or senior accountant.
• Strong personal qualities: ability to prioritize, adaptability, ability to work independently and meet strict closing deadlines.
• Required skills: SAP, good level in Excel, upper-intermediate level of English.
