People Partner
Mission:
Drive consistent employee experience across organization & support all local “hire to retire” activities of the employee lifecycle. Deliver global and local People & Organization programs and initiatives in Ukraine. Ensure compliance to global People & Organization standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Support all elements of Employee Life Cycle Management (recruitment, onboarding, performance management and motivation/recognition, development, separation)
- Coach managers and associates on people related systems, programs and processes
- Manage employee relations
- Execute workforce plan, implement organizational changes / restructuring
- Support reward processes (e.g. salary reviews)
- Deliver trainings on local processes, new initiatives, soft skills etc.
- Prepare reports, advise on employee metrics
- Implement global and local People and Organization initiatives
Skills / Knowledge required:
- University’s degree
- At least 5 years of successful experience in HR generalist / HR Manager / HR BP role within international company;
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation;
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal);
- Presentation and facilitation skills;
- Efficient team player who can work under minor supervision.
Language:
- English – advanced
- Ukrainian – fluent
Structure:
In this role you will work in close cooperation with other People Partners reporting to Head of People & Organization.
