Responsibilities

Analysis of the sources of law of the EU countries, the USA, Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, as well as international agreements and conventions with a view to a legal opinion on the issues of the project activity (development of computer games and other IT products);

Preparation of legal opinions on the project activities;

Legal analysis of counterparties, partners, contractors (worldwide);

Analysis of jurisdictions, search for contractors (lawyers) in the necessary jurisdictions;

Legal compliance of products (computer games);

Analyzing legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations and working to ensure legal compliance (in the areas of personal data protection, marketing, consumer rights etc.);

Preparation of documents related to the development and distribution of computer games (licenses, contracts, offers, etc.);

Analysis of sources of law and practice regarding the use of crypto-currencies;

Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;

Consultation on the activities of companies.
