As we continue to grow and scale, we need a strong, flexible, creative, results-oriented HR\Senior IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition who can roll up his/her sleeves and provide HR support employees & managers.

We are looking for a Talent HR/Senior IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to join our company In this position, you will work with hiring managers on challenging positions and handle the recruiting process.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes recruiting, highly motivated, innovative and driven by challenges.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the full life cycle of the hiring process and make it the most effective
  • Partnering with our leadership team to profile the best candidates and design the hiring process
  • Creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
  • Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various sourcing techniques
  • Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience and brand Cybereason as a great working place.
  • Take responsibility for administrative and operational tasks on an ever changing basis.
  • Prepare presentations and decks, follow up and AI

 

 

Requirements

  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle, focusing on roles across the Marketing and Product Management along with a potential variety of other areas.
  • A great passion for recruiting - a must
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources fields, preferably in a fast-growing high-tech company, and in a global environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a IT recruiter.
  • Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage and activate passive candidates
  • Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, reference checks and etc.)
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools
  • Autodidact, agile, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A people person with great interpersonal skills - «Can do» attitude, proactive and a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • BA in Human Resources or relevant related discipline - advantage
  • Familiar with SMM and Web Studio - advantage
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedure
