Our client, a European company, is looking for a Secretary to join its Office in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting guests;
- Managing suppliers;
- Managing incoming invoices and documents workflow;
- Participating in travel arrangements for company employees;
- Written translation;
- Work with incoming and outgoing mail;
- Preparing general orders.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in administrative work as a secretary or receptionist
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, good typing skills;
- Good English and/or German, in addition to Russian and Ukrainian
- 1+ years of relevant experience (university practice will qualify as well)
- Good team player;
- Positive attitude to work;
- Well-organized and responsible.
