Our client, a European company, is looking for a Secretary to join its Office in Ukraine.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Meeting guests;
  • Managing suppliers;
  • Managing incoming invoices and documents workflow;
  • Participating in travel arrangements for company employees;
  • Written translation;
  • Work with incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Preparing general orders.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree
  • Experience in administrative work as a secretary or receptionist
  • Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, good typing skills;
  • Good English and/or German, in addition to Russian and Ukrainian
  • 1+ years of relevant experience (university practice will qualify as well)
  • Good team player;
  • Positive attitude to work;
  • Well-organized and responsible.
