Head of Export (food industry)

We are recruiting on behalf of a national leader in FMCG food industry. We are looking for Head of Export to develop sales in EMEA market from Ukraine.

Key functions:

• Planning and managing foreign trade activities for export markets
• Monitoring of market activities for company products internationally
• Controlling export sales and contract execution
• Managing a team of sales managers
• Conducting negotiations and conclusion of new contract
• Maintain and grow business with existing customers.
• Monitoring logistics and settlements issues
• Generate new business, promote and sell products in agreed territories.
• Work with colleagues to maximize new business opportunities.
• Ensure customers are aware of the Company's expanding product range.

Requirements:

• University degree in economics/business/finance
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales for export markets
• Previous experience essential with exposure to international shipping and market development.
• Food industry experience
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs law and export sales documents
• Business contacts
• Proven export sales track record (food industry products) in CIS and/or EMEA markets
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Fluent English, in addition to Russian and Ukrainian
