CAD Engineer

We are looking for a talented and passionate CAD Engineer to join Materialise.

RapidFit+ is engaged in designing, manufacturing, verifying and selling measurement fixtures. We actively use 3D printing technology. Our product is mainly used in automotive for the control of plastic parts.

Requirements:

• CATIA CAD design experience (NX or SolidWorks are acceptable) +
• Mechanical engineering experience – technical product development
• Assistance in analysis and reporting
• Self-organization (in order to meet deadlines) and details orientation (accurateness and quality focus)
• English - at least  intermediate or upper
• Team player ability

As a plus:

• Experience in injection mold tool design or plastic parts design or any other equipment, tools, jigs design, CNC machines 

Responsibilities:

• 3D CAD design of RF+ Jigs and Fixtures (preparation of 2D drawings)
• Preparation of technical documentation required for production
• Manuals preparation 
• Communication with project engineers for project-related issues(English)
• Perform quality checks and making reports
