Requirements

• 3+ years  of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience in various recruitment & selection methodologies & models
• Understanding of software development process, cycle & technologies
• Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English 

As a big plus

• Previous experience in conducting interviews by competences
