Researcher

We are looking for a Researcher to join the team of the international company Odgers Berndtson.

• Odgers Berndtson is one of the top 10 international Executive Search firms, headquartered in London and with offices in more than 30 countries.
• The search projects we work with include the search for Independent Supervisory Board Members, Board Members, CEOs, CFOs, Marketing and Sales Directors, CIOs, Investment Directors, Creative Directors and other positions.
• The industries we work with are Banking, Financial and Professional Services, Education, IT and Telecommunications, Media, FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Real Estate, Industry, Oil and Gas, etc.

 Main functional responsibilities:

• To identify candidates in accordance with the defined search strategy. 
• To conduct an initial assessment of CVs, candidate profiles, and English language proficiency, and clarify information according to project documentation. 
• To log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and/or other internal databases.
• To write talent mapping reports (variable roles and professional areas).
• To support candidates in the selection process, provide interim and final feedback.
• To coordinate the work of the sourcer and communicate with colleagues involved in the project.

We appreciate the following skills and qualities: 

• University degree.
• Prior experience in Recruitment or Executive Search or Consulting companies will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with resume databases, social networks and professional sites, and Boolean search.
• A keen eye for details.
• Skills in information analysis and preparation of analytical reports. 
• Ability to learn quickly and navigate the information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge).
• Self-organisation, perseverance, and result orientation.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
• Willingness to work in Executive Search.
