Бухгалтер, Bookkeeper, Data Entry Clerk (English speaking)

We are looking for a bookkeeper/data entry clerk for a drone company in Lviv to manage internal company financial data, and inventory and generate financial reports. This role solely deals with company-internal financial processes and does not require any experience with tax accounting or reporting.

Requirements:

• Intermediate English communication skills or better
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Knowledge of general accounting practices
• Efficient, independent, and organized work style
• Proactive in identifying process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with an international accounting system like Quickbooks or Xero

• Control and organization of internal financials and bookkeeping
• Track inventory and incoming and outgoing cash
• Work with Quickbooks and set up accounting systems
• Data entry
• Keeping finances organize
• Preparation of reports (e.g. profit-loss-statements)
