We are looking for a Retention Manager who will help us in improving the retention of players in our online gaming brand and also manage our social media handles and ad-network accounts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in online gaming
- Experience with customer.io
- Understanding the principles of retention management: multi-segmentation, the development of “triggers” to return users, etc.
- Experience with e-mail, SMS, push notifications, instant messaging services, Whatsapp, Telegram
- Experience with creating and following brand guidelines to keep our interactions with customers consistent
- Experience running Facebook custom audiences and Adwords retargeting campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Research & Manage Retargeting networks
- Managing Facebook, Adwords ad accounts
- Manage Customer.io flows and optimize them
- Manage Email and SMS marketing
- Manage our telegram account
- Research & Manage Social media networks, push channels, etc.
