Intern - Researcher (Sourcing)

We are looking for a Researcher to join the Miratech Sourcing team and contribute to it. 

Responsibilities: 

• Daily scope of work: active search for qualified candidates, according to vacancies requirements, using following channels: LinkedIn, professional community, forums, internal database, social networks, job boars etc.
• Gathering, screening and selecting resumes
• Initial contact with potential «cold» candidates
• Arrange information about candidates in a universal form suitable for the presentation to the customers
• Additional responsibilities: alternative models of research, phone screenings (candidate's salary expectation, short phone interview etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree (for students we can offer a flexible schedule)
• It will be a plus experience for a recruitment agency, marketing or sales department on the position of assistant (junior), researcher
• Desire to develop a recruitment carrier
• Attentiveness to details and efficiency in search
• English level Intermediate or higher
