Internal Communications and Community Development Manager (Remote)

Miratech is looking for an Internal Communications and Community Development Manager.

Main purpose
- To increase employee engagement (global audience) through all-staff awareness about company Mission, Core Values, business objectives, and results by ongoing two-way dialogue

Main responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Global internal communication strategy and related policies for multicultural company

- Design and execute internal communication initiatives that support Miratech strategic priorities and all internal initiatives

- Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and consult on best practices, modern communications solutions

- Support employee experiance team in communicating people management practices and tools to all staff and managers

- Create high quality, compelling communications for a variety of channels (online and offline)

- Build and leverage employee feedback channels, monitor in real-time, and analyze data from regular surveys

- Track effectiveness of communication campaigns, using associated information to make recommendations in order to improve our strategies

- Respond to feedback from employees and adjust communications content accordingly

- Draft messages or scripts for senior executives for presentation to employees in written or oral form

- Manage company’s internal events

- Acting as a presenter or moderator at general corporate events

- Involvement in the Employee Experience partner

Qualifications

- 5+ years of previous experience with internal communications for a global company with a worldwide audience (i.e. companies with offices and/or R&D-centers in different countries; international/multinational environment)

- Fluency in English

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superb ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging

- Ability to evolve quickly in a rapidly changing organization

- Ability to develop and efficiently deliver compelling verbal and visual messages

- Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders

- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority across all levels and functions

- Ability to work with strict deadlines and in a multitasking environment
