Intern in Organization Development team

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern for Organization Development Team.

This is an entry-level, part-time, paid internship, with the potential for a full-time job offer in 2022 based on your performance and openings availability.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with different departments, collection, and analysis of information, reports providing
• Participation in the improvement of the company's business processes, internal projects
• Coordinating campaign on employees’ awareness of corporate policies, testing platform management
• Assist with different administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written English (upper-intermediate and higher level is required)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (use of formulas, pivot tables)
• Analytical mindset and attention to details
• Tactfulness, ability to work with confidential information and meet deadlines
