BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

• Define and manage different experiments to achieve the required product metrics
• Define and manage  different points where we can improve CX inside the application (working with a content), and analysis of the results in terms of improving СХ
• Completely independently bring any project from problem/idea to achieving result
• Decompose, present and manage a task with other team members in a short period of time
• Organize the work of freelancers for manual work

YOU HAVE:

• Understanding the basics of Product Usability and CX (customer experience) 
• Background in a marketing role or similar
• Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
• Comfortable working in  high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
• Fluent in English
• Very good excel knowledge, analytical skills
