Your work-life opportunity: We’re looking for a Health and Safety Specialist who wants to join our People's team in our office in Kiev, Ukraine. If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organisation freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes, Glovo is your place! Be a part of a team where you will:

• OSH documents development
• Manage and control all Health and Safety matters according to the Ukrainian law
• Coordinate Health and Safety matters in Georgia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan according to their laws
• Development and implantation of the plan of occupational safety and health
• Inspect jobs and workplaces and develop risks assessments
• Design and propose measures aimed at correcting the risks detected, both at a technical and organisational level, and at improving working conditions
• Design work instructions and revise them periodically
• Take care of the special vulnerability that certain groups may present (if any)
• Carry out an investigation of the occupational accidents and diseases
• Train and promote best practices to employees at all levels in all topics related to
• Health and Safety (in English/Ukrainian/Russian)
• Compliance with fire inspection/declaration and related documents
• Provide advice and guidelines to stakeholders in regards to Health and Safety
• Participate in the elaboration of internal work regulations, as well as in the imposition of general rules and instructions on safety and health
• Accompany the members of the govern authorities during visits, providing them with the necessary documentation to support their work.

You have:

• Full Higher education Master related to Safety and Health
• Previous experience in Safety and Health
• Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with differentlevels of management
• Thrives in ambiguity
• Organized, proactive and creative
• Hands-on profile/mindset
• Customer service oriented
• Great communication skills.
• Ukranian/Russian and English fluent (written and spoken)
