Lawyer, legal advisor, associate

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of company's activities in the area of Ukrainian and international law;
• Drafting of new and modification of existing international agreements;
• Drafting of corporate documents for Ukrainian company;
• Advising on compliance matters;
• Preparation of legal opinions on various aspects of Ukrainian and international legislation;
• Communication and resolving of issues with regulatory authorities of Ukraine;
• Monitoring of foreign and Ukrainian legislation;
• Performing archiving function and all company documents turnover control.

Demand:

• Higher legal education;
• At least 2 years experience in law;
• Experience in commercial contracts with Ukrainian and foreign contracting parties;
• Understanding of international law;
• Experience in communication with state authorities;
• Knowledge of English, Russian and Ukrainian on a professional level;
