Head of E-com Logistic

For our client, non-food international retail company, we are looking for Head of E-com Logistic

Core Responsibilities: 

• Strategy development  and further implemetation of new B2C logistic approach.
• Successfully tranformation of B2C logistic in-house: warehose, tranport, IT, staff and delivery network solutions. 
• Development and implementation of the flow management strategy throughout the supply chain.
• Operational performance management and change management support.
• Development of B2C customer, turnover and provider relationships.
• Team management.

Skills required:

• 7+ years of successful supply management experience.
•  5+ years of supply chain experience in retail/similar areas or in postal logistic - preffereble. 
• Strong experience in B2C logistic.
• Fluent English - mandatory!
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills required for relationship building and frequent interaction with another departments. 
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiations skills.
• Strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop teams.
• Highly motivated, energetic.
