As Medical Advisor GD, you will provide scientific, clinical, economic and educational support to healthcare professionals (HCPs), specific Key Opinion Leaders who have a key influence in the therapeutic area, identifies the scientific exchange needs of KOLs, investigators and other stakeholders in patient care, establishing strong professional relationship, providing credible scientific expertise in Genetic Diseases.

A typical day will include:

Establishment, support and development of relations with KOLs, researchers and experts, medical associations/scientific and research centers through participation in advisory and consultation boards, professional and patients' associations, expert meetings, conferences, to prepare the medical society to release of new products/indications

•   Analysis of trends in development of Genetic diseases TA
•   Development and implementation of the medical strategic plan of products promotion
•   Act as primary liaison to investigators interested in developing and performing investigator driven research proposals which support strategically aligned objectives captured in TA plans
•   Maintain and share scientific and medical expertise/findings on relevant disease area, therapy advances, products and current research
•   Partnering to cross functional team and establishment of working processes
•   Contribution to medical information exchange on internal and external clients of the Company for the respective TA

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•   Graduate degree in Medicine
•   Additional experience and trainings in Medical Affairs
•   Successful experience in the area of Medical Affairs from 3 years in large reputable organization/s
•   Successful interactions with KOLs, professional HCPs associations, NGOs
•   Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical industry and stakeholder management
•   Experience in providing clinical data and disease area training to both medical and non-medical colleagues
•   Preferable experienced in a pharmaceutical, medical devices or clinical experience
•   Background in relevant therapeutic area, experience in practicing medicine for few years are also an advantage
•   English language level not lower than Upper intermediate
•   Business planning
•   The ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for it
•   Strategic thinker
•   Collaborative style of leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills
•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•   Goal oriented, focused, energetic, and enthusiastic
