SMART academy provides education in many areas. Traditionally the company chooses the most interesting candidates and invites them to evening classes, which are held in the office of SMART business by heads of departments. Students pass the course of lectures about development for AX, study general information about Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and Power Platforms and afterwards are asked to solve several issues. According to the results of the learning process, which usually lasts one month, SMART business makes a proposal of a job to successful candidates.   

To apply for SMART academy, you need to have: 

• Higher technical education (student of 3-6 courses or graduates) 
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming 
• Programming and software development skills (experience with X++, C/C++/C# is a plus) 
• Good skills of relational database structure and operations (MySQL, MS SQL)
• Understanding of enterprise business processes is a plus 
• English at upper-intermediate level and higher 
• Personal characteristics: responsible, communicative, initiative, diligent, able to quick learning of new knowledge, focused on results and teamwork

Responsibilities: After successful completion of SMART academy, your will continue as Junior AX developer. 

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Participation in the development and implementation of ERP solutions for companies
• Modifications of the implemented solutions 
• Working with stack of Microsoft technologies for business applications - internal AX programming language 
• Writing documentation for the developed software
