We are currently looking for an exceptional, hands-on, organized UI/UX Designer. Together with the rest of our Product Team you will support development of our programmatic advertising platform with your user-centered mindset, and user experience expertise. 

Our product has come through quite a journey since its MVP was introduced in 2016 — now we want to take things from great to amazing, becoming the number one choice for brands willing to manage their digital marketing efforts themselves. 

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing user experience design, taking part in building and introducing new product features, and fixing any user experience flaws. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are supporting usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

The successful candidate will be someone who has hands-on experience in delivering exceptional UX solutions — starting with discovery, evaluation, delivery, and user testing.

Responsibilities (aka. Typical day at work)

• Plan and conduct user research and usability tests
• Interpret data and qualitative feedback
• Create flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual design
• Clearly communicate designs through prototypes, documentation, and specification
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and development team to deliver new product features in a fast-paced environment following the Agile methodology

What skillset is needed? 

• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• A portfolio that demonstrates functional designs across desktop (main focus) and mobile devices
• A user-centric mindset
• Attention to detail
• Experience working on complex applications
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
