Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues;
• Provide assistance and support for the team and new employees;
• Define the individual program for training in English and Russian;
• Control the work of your team;
• Respect company's rules.

We require:

• English: fluent - MUST!
• Knowledge of other languages- will be an advantage but not requested;
• At least 1 year of experience in Conversion and Retention department;
• Experience as Business Coach is an advantage;
• Work ethic;
• Leadership skills.
