Implementation of legal support for work related to the conclusion, change and termination of contracts on medical care of the population. 
Implementation of legal support for work related to conclusion, change and termination of reimbursement agreements. 
Preparation of draft responses to appeals and requests of People's Deputies of Ukraine, requests of ministries, central executive authorities, legal entities and individuals on issues within the competence of the department and preparation of requests to state authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations regarding obtaining the necessary information and documents in the established order. 
Providing methodical assistance regarding the correct application of legislation, providing legal advice on issues within the competence of the department. 
Performs other tasks within the scope of the department's competence on behalf of the management. Main requirements for candidates: desired work experience (requirements for the candidate's previous professional career, last position, critical knowledge and skills) Desired experience as a lawyer of 1 year or more. 
Experience in public service will be an advantage. 
Experience working with contracts will be an advantage.
