Sales manager

3HLinen is looking for an excellent communicator to join the team of sales and customer support during the shift: 

4 P.M.— 1 AM.M. Kyiv Time

We are established in San Francisco, with production facilities in Lublin (Poland).

In 3HLinen, we are creating products made of natural linen, and our main markets are located in the United States, Australia, and Europe.

Major responsibilities:

• Providing consultancy for clients;
• Respond to incoming email, phone, and chat inquiries;
• Listen to customer requirements and present our products appropriately to make a sale;
• Follow pre-determined sales procedures;
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• Escalate and solve standard and non-standard issues.

Requirements

• Advanced / Fluent English
• Fluent Ukrainian/ Russian
• Experience in MS Office with knowledge of CRM platforms
• Relevant experience (Sales manager, Customer Support, Account Management)
