User Researcher/ Market Research Analyst

Requirements:

• 2+ year Research or Market Analyst position;
• Systemic and structural thinking;
• Product life-cycle knowledge;
• Experience in competitive analysis and market research;
• Experience in creating product documentation;
• Focus on results, not process;
• Strong desire to learn and read;
• Multitasking.
• Very high level search engine proficiency
• Proven knowledge of analysis of quantitative and qualitative data 
• Knowledge of best research practices and tools 

 Will be a winner:

• Experience in Customer / user research.
• Experience in problem, solution validation research, user pains and triggers
• Experience in user profiling / segmentation
• Experience with analysis quantitative and qualitative data

 Responsibilities:

• Competitive analysis, TA, user and market research;
• User behaviour research;
• Writing product documentation;
• Conducting user/prospects interviews;
• Creating and conducting online questionnaires and quizzes;
