Requirements:
- 2+ year Research or Market Analyst position;
- Systemic and structural thinking;
- Product life-cycle knowledge;
- Experience in competitive analysis and market research;
- Experience in creating product documentation;
- Focus on results, not process;
- Strong desire to learn and read;
- Multitasking.
- Very high level search engine proficiency
- Proven knowledge of analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
- Knowledge of best research practices and tools
Will be a winner:
- Experience in Customer / user research.
- Experience in problem, solution validation research, user pains and triggers
- Experience in user profiling / segmentation
- Experience with analysis quantitative and qualitative data
Responsibilities:
- Competitive analysis, TA, user and market research;
- User behaviour research;
- Writing product documentation;
- Conducting user/prospects interviews;
- Creating and conducting online questionnaires and quizzes;
