Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant (Supply chain management)

OntargIT, GOLD Microsoft Partner with cloud competency, focused on implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), Power Platform (BI) and AI solutions for different industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution. We run projects and support our customers in Eastern Europe, Middle East, and North America.

We are looking for:

• Higher technical or economic education

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• 5+ years’ experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O / AX as functional consultant

• A team player who can easily fit into a team of colleagues from different cultures and locations

• In depth knowledge in Production control, Warehouse management, Inventory management, Master planning, Sales and Procurement modules

• Supply Chain Management domain expertise

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications and experience with other Enterprise ERP software will be considered as a plus

• Strong analytical skills, desire to learn and growth mindset

Key responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with other functional & technical team members to ensure successful & timely delivery

• Provide service to customers by solving incidents and providing optimizations

• Writing functional specifications for a customized solution and perform solution testing

• Prepare project documentation deliverables

• Give advice for future process optimizations and new functionalities of Microsoft D365 that could be applicable to our customers

• Participate in pre-sales activities as requested
