UI Lead Designer

We are a product EdTech company, looking for a Lead UI Designer. This is the second-largest project in our company focused on the western target audience. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating UI design, task analysis 

• Developing and handling the general design process 

• Working closely with UX team to create visually compelling user interfaces

• Close partnership with Engineering team to build internal processes

• Leading the designers' team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in visual design, UI, UX

• Knowledge of HCD principles

• General knowledge (grids, typography, composition, responsive design)

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS

• Figma

• Analytical mind

• English (Intermediate)

Would be a plus: 

• Adobe After Effects, Principle, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines knowledge 

• Have contributed as a team leader

• Understanding of Digital marketing
