Project Financial Analyst

Due to further growth of the company and development of new projects we announce the position of the Project Financial Analyst.

Job responsibilities:

• Financial modeling;
• Analysis and monitoring of financial ratios;
• Budgeting and forecasting;
• Reporting on a regular basis;
• Ad-hoc reporting, financial analysis.
• Management accounting;
• Participation in investment deals;
• Communication with banks on projects financials;
• Loan portfolio management.

Requirements for successful candidate:

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Audit or Controlling preferably in an international company (experience in Big4 will be a plus)

Education:

• University degree in finance, accounting or economics

Competences:

• Management accounting;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Reporting and presentation skills;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Analytical mindset;
• Upper-intermediate level of English;
• High level of attention to details;
• Responsible attitude to work;
• Ability to work without supervision.

Please be ready to demonstrate all of the abovementioned skills including practical knowledge of management accounting, reports preparation, analytical work, proficiency in MS Excel, proper level of English.
